Prompt Processing of Your Order.

Processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt. Orders for products listed on the website and in catalogs within the site www.denova-israel.com come to the main Distribution Center in Israel from many countries around the world. Therefore, at the time of placing your order, some products may be out of stock. You will be informed about which specific products are temporarily unavailable in your invoice, and you will receive them later in one of the subsequent parcels.

WWW.DENOVA-ISRAEL.COM guarantees delivery only of those products that are in stock at the time the order is placed.

Parcel Delivery.

We deliver orders from Israel to almost all countries worldwide.

Orders up to 2,000 grams are sent by international registered parcel with notification to the nearest post office or by international EMS mail (only upon your request) for parcels from 2 kg to 20 kg to the address you specify.

The cost of delivery by international registered mail (parcel) to any country in the world up to 2,000 grams is 33 euros. The cost of delivery by international registered mail (parcel) ECO POST to certain countries (see list) up to 2,000 grams is 36 euros.

Every order comes with a tracking number for your parcel.

Order Fulfillment Timeline.

The time to fulfill your order at the DENOVA-ISRAEL online store ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Your order will be assembled, packed, and sent out correctly and carefully.

We strive to make it easy and convenient for you to place an order on the website, but you can also place an order and verify payment and delivery terms with our consultants by filling out the feedback form.
