Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject", in accordance with the requirements, freely, by my will and in my interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data provided during registration by filling out the web form on the website of the online store denova-israel.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), submitted (filled out) using the Site.

By personal data, I understand any information related to me as the Personal Data Subject, including my last name, first name, patronymic, address, education, profession, contact details (phone, fax, email, postal address), photographs, and other information. By processing of personal data, I understand the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, dissemination, transfer, including cross-border transfer, anonymization, blocking, destruction, indefinite storage, and any other actions (operations) with personal data.
