Privacy Policy
- DEFINITIONS
I. The current privacy policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") operates with the following terms:

"Site Administration". This refers to the specialists representing the interests of the organization responsible for managing the site, which includes organizing and/or processing the personal data received on it. To perform these duties, they must clearly understand the purpose of processing the data, which data should be processed, and what actions (operations) should be performed with the received data.

"Personal Data" refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (also referred to as the data subject).

"Processing of Personal Data" refers to any operation (action) or a set of operations performed by the Administration with personal data. These operations may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification when necessary), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. These operations (actions) can be performed either automatically or manually.

"Confidentiality of Personal Data" is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person working with the User's data to keep the received information secret and not disclose it to third parties without the User's consent, except when there is a legal basis for disclosure.

"User of the Online Store's Site" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is a person who visits the Online Store's site and uses its programs and products.

"Cookies" are small pieces of data sent by a web browser or web client to a web server in an HTTP request each time the User attempts to open a page of the Online Store. The fragment is stored on the User's computer.

"IP Address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the TCP/IP protocol.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
. Viewing the Online Store's site and using its programs and products implies the automatic consent of the User to the accepted Privacy Policy, which involves the provision of the User's personal data for processing.
I. If the User does not accept the existing Privacy Policy, the User must leave the Online Store.
II. The existing Privacy Policy applies only to the Online Store's site. If the User follows links on the site to third-party resources, the Online Store is not responsible for the User's actions on those resources.
III. It is not the responsibility of the Site Administration to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User who has accepted the Privacy Policy.
- SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
. According to the current Privacy Policy, the Administration of the Online Store is obliged not to disclose personal data provided by Users who register on the site or place orders for the purchase of goods, and to ensure absolute confidentiality of this data.
I. To provide personal data, the User fills out electronic forms on the Online Store's site. The User's personal data to be processed includes:
- their last name, first name, patronymic;
- their contact phone number;
- their email address;
- the address for the delivery of purchased goods;
- the User's residence address.
II. Protection of data automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages with installed statistical system scripts (pixels) is provided by the Online Store. The list of such data includes: IP address; information from cookies; information about the browser (or other program through which advertising is displayed); access time; the address of the page where the advertising block is located; referrer (address of the previous page).
III. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Online Store's site that require authorization.
IV. The Online Store collects statistics on the IP addresses of all visitors. This information is necessary to identify and solve technical problems and control the legality of financial payments.
V. Any other personal information not specified above (when and which purchases were made, the browser used, the operating system installed, etc.) is securely stored and not disclosed. The existing Privacy Policy provides for exceptions only in cases specified in paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3.
- PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
. The collection of the User's personal data by the Administration of the Online Store is carried out in order to:

Identify the User who has registered on the Online Store's site to place an order and/or purchase goods remotely.

Provide the User with access to personalized resources of the site.

Establish feedback with the User, including sending requests and notifications related to the use of the Online Store's site, processing user requests and applications, and providing other services.

Determine the User's location to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.

Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by the User.

Create an account for making purchases, if the User has expressed a desire to do so.

Notify the User about the status of their order in the Online Store.

Process and receive payments, confirm tax or tax benefits, dispute a payment, determine whether to provide the User with a credit line.

Provide the User with the fastest possible solution to problems encountered when using the Online Store through effective customer and technical support.

Timely inform the User about updated products, special offers, new prices, news about the Online Store or its partners, and other information, provided the User has given their consent.

Advertise the Online Store's products, provided the User has given their consent.

Provide the User with access to the Online Store's sites or services, helping them receive products, updates, and services.

METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
. The term of processing the User's personal data is unlimited. The processing procedure can be carried out by any method provided by law. In particular, using personal data information systems, which can be conducted automatically or manually.
I. The processed personal data of the User may be transferred to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators. This is done to fulfill the User's order placed on the Online Store's site and deliver the goods to the address. The User's consent to such a transfer is provided by the site's policy rules.
II. The processed personal data of the User may also be transferred to authorized state authorities of the State of Israel if done on legal grounds and in the manner prescribed by Israeli law.
III. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the User will be notified by the Site Administration.
IV. The Site Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, and ensures the confidentiality of personal data. The Administration uses a range of organizational and technical measures for data protection.
V. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration, together with the User, will take all possible measures to prevent losses and other negative consequences caused by this situation.
- OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
. The User is required to:
- Provide information about personal data required for the use of the Online Store.
- Update and supplement the provided information in case of changes.
I. The Site Administration is required to:

Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of the existing Privacy Policy.

Ensure the confidentiality of the received information. It should not be disclosed without the User's written consent. The Administration also does not have the right to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's personal data by any other means, except for clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the existing Privacy Policy.

Take precautions to keep the User's personal data confidential, just as such information is kept confidential in the current business turnover.

Block the User's personal data from the moment the User or their legal representative requests it. The right to request blocking is also granted to the body authorized to protect the rights of the User who provided the Administration with their data, during the verification period, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
. If the Site Administration fails to fulfill its obligations and, as a result, the User incurs losses due to the unlawful use of the provided information, the Administration is liable. This is specifically stated by Russian law. The current Privacy Policy makes exceptions for cases reflected in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2.
I. There are several cases in which the Site Administration is not liable if user data is lost or disclosed. This happens when:

The data became public before it was lost or disclosed.

The data was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

The data was disclosed with the User's consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
. If the User is dissatisfied with the actions of the Online Store Administration and intends to defend their rights in court, they must first submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
I. The Administration, upon receiving the claim, must inform the User in writing about the consideration of the claim and the measures taken within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
II. If both parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a judicial authority, where it will be considered in accordance with the current Russian law.
III. The regulation of the relationship between the User and the Site Administration in the Privacy Policy is carried out in accordance with the current Russian law.
- ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
. The Site Administration has the right to change the existing Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
I. The new Privacy Policy comes into force after the information is posted on the Online Store's site, unless the changed Policy provides otherwise.
